Repairs

We offer specialised service and repairs on all makes and models of paper shredders including high security ‘A’ & ‘B’ Class. Our response time is usually within 24-48 hours, however we can attend to urgent matters in the ACT within 4 hours.

FEES – On-site
$110.00 (inc. GST) for the first 30 minutes of labour plus $44.00 (inc. GST) for each additional 15 minutes, plus parts.

FEES – Workshop
$88.00 (inc GST) for the first 60 minutes of labour plus parts. Pick-up and re-delivery extra. A repair quotation fee of $44.00 (inc GST) will be charged for jobs not proceeded with but this fee will be waived if a replacement machine is purchased from us.

Extended Warranty

Kobra Shredders come with a 2 year warranty on the cabinet and machine function, and 10 years on the cutting heads, subject to normal operation and regular oiling with a Kobra approved oil. This warranty can be extended for an additional year for the investment of approximately 10% of teh value of the machine; please enquire here for a quote.
